Return policy

You can easily return the product! If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days from the date of purchase. Even the return fees will be borne by Bayt Store. You can contact us at any time, and we will help you!

Requirements

1. The return policy includes all products of the "Beit Care" store.
2. The product must be in the same original condition when purchased, wrapped in the original packaging, and has never been used or opened.
3. If you purchase products via Visa, MasterCard, or Mada cards, the amount will be returned to the card with which the purchase was made, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) providing the service. Whether payment is in cash upon receipt or through a bank transfer, we will transfer the value of the product to the customer’s bank account after taking his bank information, and the customer is entitled to receive a gift card instead of returning the amount to his card or bank account.
4. If a wrong product arrives to you, or does not conform to the product specifications, or a shipment arrives in an incorrect condition, the “Beit Care” store will bear all shipping and replacement costs.

The amount will be returned after verifying the authenticity of the product at the Beit Care distribution center.
